Meet the instruments
See, hear and safely explore rhythm, tone and vibration through direct, age-appropriate experiences.
Program 01
A guided introduction to instruments and sound wellness for children, parents and caregivers.
A 4–6-week introductory program guiding children and caregivers into the practice of sound wellness through safe, age-appropriate experiences with a variety of instruments.
Children are invited to see, hear, touch and explore different instruments while discovering how rhythm, tone, vibration and intentional listening can support focus, grounding, emotional expression and connection.
Caregivers learn how familiar sound practices may be used—when safe and appropriate—as part of a supportive response to triggers, emotional overwhelm, dysregulation or a mental-health crisis. Introducing these practices before difficult moments arise allows families to develop recognizable sound cues and routines that may create space for pausing, reconnecting and settling.
This is a nonclinical wellness and educational program. Sound practices do not replace professional mental-health treatment, crisis services, emergency care or an established safety plan. They may complement the support systems a child and family already have in place.
